Special menu on very special occasion

The Valentine’s menu prepared by Chef Artur Grajber is a culinary adventure, consisting of five tasting dishes and a glass of rose champagne for an aperitif. Available on 14.02.2020 from 17:30 to 21:30.

All prices are counted in polish zlotys and  include TAX.

  • Salmon caviar
    sour cream, purple potato chips, lavage oil
  • Wagyu tartare
    vegetable aphrodisiacs pickles: celery, fennel, asparagus, aioli
  • Arctic Char
    green asparagus, oriental consommé, won ton with prawns, black lentils and tom yum
  • Deer tenderloin
    blackberry, salsify, truffle mashed potatoes
  • Strawberries
    with anise custard
